Happy hours with the girls consists of drooling over Jake Gyllenhaal's parkour abs, purposely texting dearest nurse in Penang at the same time (we miss her), makan everything we felt like eating and of course, tons of laughters. I sincerely thank God for friends like them.

Prince, Princesses & Pirates
Laughing at inside jokes are life's natural high. Friends are also life's natural high. Combining both friends and laughters are an absolute blessing.

Weather Report
"Any day I’m vertical
is a good day”
…that’s what I always say.
is a good day”
…that’s what I always say.
If you ask me,
“How are you?”
I’ll answer, “GREAT!”
because in saying so,
I make it so.
When Life gives me dark clouds and rain,
I appreciate the moisture
that brings a soft curl to my hair.
When Life gives me sunshine,
I gratefully turn my face up
to feel its warmth on my cheeks.
I gratefully turn my face up
to feel its warmth on my cheeks.
When Life brings fog,
I hug my sweater around me
and give thanks for the cool shroud of mystery
that makes the familiar seem different and intriguing.
I hug my sweater around me
and give thanks for the cool shroud of mystery
that makes the familiar seem different and intriguing.
When Life brings snow,
I dash outside to catch the first flakes on my tongue,
relishing the icy miracle that is a snowflake.
I dash outside to catch the first flakes on my tongue,
relishing the icy miracle that is a snowflake.
Life’s events and experiences
are like the weather -
they come and go,
no matter what my preference.
So, what the heck?!
I might as well decide to enjoy them.
For indeed,
there IS a time for every purpose
under Heaven.
And each season brings its own unique blessings.
And I give thanks.

Younger Days
I wish my baby bro stay as a baby forever so that I can boss him around. That's impossible anyhow. He turned twenty-one today. We're all adults now. We can vote. We can legally enter clubs and have a booze (not that we intended to, anyway).
I'm not buying him any present, he just got the best one. Four-flat printed on his result. Since when he became so.....pelajar cemerlang? (-.-")
Cafferil, birthday blessings to you!

Eight to Five
It is weekend again. When your job requires you to shop around (at bookstores), play with glitters, joke with Aziz Satar, Uji Rashid and Jeffry Din, you really can't complain. I am grinning from ear to ear! I even almost got to talk with Ning Baizura..haihhh..why am I not stationed there today???
Am a second hand smoker, but at least someone is paying for my breakfast.^^
Sushi, YoYo, eskrim McD, eskrim Cornetto all at once, but at least they're trying to make me fat.^^
Been called Cermin, Simen, Min, Mae, Tinggi, Onong, Babe (-.-") but at least they're all nice. ^^
Been taught how to gamble and bet for the World Cup but at least, nothing is illegal. ^^
Been taught how an auction works..and I actually held a painting that was expected to cost thousands in the bidding.
That's my eight to five. But actually, I arrive at seven and leave at six.
Glad it's Sabbath.

Singing a New Hallelujah
Praises and worship during the Youth Music Camp are really uplifting. Every song touches the heart, and the workshops are, I believe, loaded with lessons. I missed most of the talks though.
The six of us were actually singing groups in our church school when we kids. When we were younger, we dream about being a restaurateur, doctor, perajurit sailor, teacher, detective, magician, name-any-typical-ambition, but I don't remember us talking about being a beauty queen.
There will be an unending debate on how music should be and shouldn't be used in worship, people are so diverged that they cannot agree on one conclusion...but personally for me, what matters is that we are praising the Lord. May the praises be a sweet aroma before the Lord. ^^
I have tons of pictures from the camp...but being CamenJuh, most likely I won't be uploading any. Maybe one or two, but not now. My supposedly eight to five job is actually seven to six. It is draining my energy, but I won't whine. Whining and complaining does not improve the situation, you know?
Ok, I lied. Here's one shot. Three out of six girls are absent. One is sibuk mencari uang in Penang, another came by later in the evening and the other, as seen below..(photo by Omong)
But, see..our kakak sulung is a beauty queen now. We look up to her.^^ Beauty, like music, is subjective.
It's been a while since we last sang together. Suddenly I miss them. Huh.
Morning worship during the camp said about Psalm 126. It is about seeing the glass ALWAYS FULL.
Hallelujah!
