Eight to Five

It is weekend again. When your job requires you to shop around (at bookstores), play with glitters, joke with Aziz Satar, Uji Rashid and Jeffry Din, you really can't complain. I am grinning from ear to ear! I even almost got to talk with Ning Baizura..haihhh..why am I not stationed there today???

Am a second hand smoker, but at least someone is paying for my breakfast.^^
Sushi, YoYo, eskrim McD, eskrim Cornetto all at once, but at least they're trying to make me fat.^^
Been called Cermin, Simen, Min, Mae, Tinggi, Onong, Babe (-.-") but at least they're all nice. ^^
Been taught how to gamble and bet for the World Cup but at least, nothing is illegal. ^^
Been taught how an auction works..and I actually held a painting that was expected to cost thousands in the bidding.

That's my eight to five. But actually, I arrive at seven and leave at six.

Glad it's Sabbath.

Singing a New Hallelujah

Praises and worship during the Youth Music Camp are really uplifting. Every song touches the heart, and the workshops are, I believe, loaded with lessons. I missed most of the talks though.
There will be an unending debate on how music should be and shouldn't be used in worship, people are so diverged that they cannot agree on one conclusion...but personally for me, what matters is that we are praising the Lord. May the praises be a sweet aroma before the Lord. ^^

I have tons of pictures from the camp...but being CamenJuh, most likely I won't be uploading any. Maybe one or two, but not now. My supposedly eight to five job is actually seven to six. It is draining my energy, but I won't whine. Whining and complaining does not improve the situation, you know?
Ok, I lied. Here's one shot. Three out of six girls are absent. One is sibuk mencari uang in Penang, another came by later in the evening and the other, as seen below..(photo by Omong)

The six of us were actually singing groups in our church school when we kids. When we were younger, we dream about being a restaurateur, doctor, perajurit sailor, teacher, detective, magician, name-any-typical-ambition, but I don't remember us talking about being a beauty queen.
But, see..our kakak sulung is a beauty queen now. We look up to her.^^ Beauty, like music, is subjective.

It's been a while since we last sang together. Suddenly I miss them. Huh.

Morning worship during the camp said about Psalm 126. It is about seeing the glass ALWAYS FULL.

Hallelujah!

Hallyu

If you get what the title means without googling it, congratulation.

Saturday night was occupied with Episode 14-20 of KBS Becoming a Billionaire. And I ENVY the casts' wardrobe..especially Shinmi's. Gorgeous jacketssss! Effortlessly chic and practical. I would love to have her wardrobe as my office wear someday. ^^

I am too lazy to put up picture in this post...but here's a link to The Ten Commandments of Korean Drama. Which is hilariously true.

**Survived my first two days of internship. What would tomorrow brings?

Chasing Butterflies

Yes, that's what we did on Sunday. Chasing butterflies. I never thought that our uphill fruit orchard is a home to many beautiful butterflies. I counted, and there's like ten different colors..gorgeous colored butterflies (and maybe moths). The only place where I thought I could find loads of butterflies was...butterfly farm, of course. Pemikiran tidak meluas--baby bro would label me. ^__^

It is hard because indeed, butterfly just flutter by. Me and baby bro both failed to get a decent shot of any. The image below is nice, aye? Not our shot though.

Being home is so heavenly! All I have to do is feed my dogs and cat, dance in the rain, chase butterfly, and watch sunset.

And Chelsea won the EPL..haha..nice.

Life's treating me well.

Try and End

Life is like a cooking; before choosing what you love, try everything. -Paulo Coelho-

Others may say that life is too short to try on everything.

I say carpe diem.

Yesterday, exam ended tragically. Each six of us had slept whilst answering, seriously. But hey, EXAM ENDED! What else could bring more joy to students than the fact that there's no more academic exam in the foreseeable future? (except for free money, of course) lol

That's one ending. Another kind of ending is coming, but still, I can't make up my mind about it. Should I really end it? I tried to give it a chance but still, not working.

I need chocolate. To make things clearer.
