Being True

Oh yeah, the only blog-worthy event in my life are WEEKENDS! I am having super awesome Saturday every week, I am so blessed. I hope it stays like this forever. teehee!

Aug 13th weekend, it's all about being true to your skin..and to your heart.

Early Sabbath morn, this little fella was found dead few metres away from home. Click image for larger view, only if you think you can handle it. Viewer discretion is advised.

The skin speaks for itself.  You can call it wild cat if you want, your choice. We call it leopard, just because. The size is bigger than the average domestic cat, and undoubtedly came from the hutan. Could be the effect of the current deforestation, causing it to lose its home and food. On how it got hit, I would like to blame it on the driver. But I lived next to a major highway long enough to know that drivers are not at fault sometimes, and that's exactly why it is called accident. BUT should it be intentional, then shame on you. Really.
I heard lots of people are actually willing to pay good money on the skin/fur. Heh.
Last week, we found this.

I do not know what this is called. Maybe a rubah or musang, granpa calls this kaha-kaha. hihi
Heh, why did I bother watermarking dead animals photos this time eh?

Okay, enough on wild lifes.

Did this on Sabbath afternoon, and in the evening had dinner in KB with Mercury, Neptune plus two guys. And as expected from our discussion that covers very broad issue, one particular issue was bombarded to me. Point by point, they stated what I might have not known before, or failed to notice...HA HA HA. Ok girls, I've been thinking about it and a thorough consideration should commence soon. With Lee CW and Chen Jin match as our sound track, we discussed on the possibilities I am afraid to think of. Future is not all about career, there are still so many underlying factors that determine a live-able future. Am I going to live with something that I know is NOT the optimum happiness? Will I be contented by it? *sigh* I kinda hate making big decisions.
They reminded me to be true to my heart. We'll see, we'll see.

I ♥ Ramadhan

Moslem friends and colleagues started fasting few days ago. And I am also starting to feel the excitement of Eid ul-Fitr which is few weeks from now. Why? The reason is obvious, BAAZAR! While the baazar in KB is not that bad, I can't help but missing the baazar in Indah Permai. I am not sure why, but I enjoyed it so much. Maybe because I miss those studying days. :(

Class period are shorter, and the students are less active as well. No insult intended, but it is a BIG bonus when the usually hyper students are sitting quietly and staring blankly. It feels so heavenly to teach when the classroom is solemn. That doesn't apply to every class though. Some were still punking around like crazy. (=.=) Geez, I wonder where their energy came from.

Ramadhan may be religiously significant to Moslems, but to us who had been living side-by-side with them like ever since, it is an exciting month as well. I am sincerely enjoying all the perks this month brings.

Off to another awesome weekend!
